Alex & Oli

Here’s another beautiful wedding at Wilde Lodge in Powys. An intimate wedding party meant that the long barn was a perfect fit for Alex & Oli’s ceremony. Its rustic features and twinkly fairy lights make for a really beautiful scene.

The rest of Wilde Lodge grounds is extensive however. There are so many lovely places to photograph with the glorious welsh countryside as a backdrop. I will never tire of shooting here … and it’s a perfect space if you want to bring your rather large and gorgeous doggos (who may or may not steal the show)!

Alex & Oli had food from CSons who are incredible local caterers. Prepare to salivate when you come across the food shots … I only just managed to contain myself on the day!

All in all this was a super chill, merry occasion with close friends and family. A wonderful way to celebrate your special day. I wish every happiness to Mr & Mrs Pinfield!

Sophie & Joe

On the 21st of May I got to shoot at the beautiful Peterstone Court for Sophie & Joe’s wedding. It was a corker of a day!

This day had been a long time coming, with multiple cancellations through the pandemic … and then their beautiful little Evie coming along. But finally they got to tie the knot! And it was well worth the wait. You could really feel the love and celebration for these guys amongst their family and friends.

Peterstone was such a fabulous location with multiple little nooks for photos. Their food was incredible too!

Joe & Sophie, I wish you every happiness in your marriage together. Thank you for giving me a gorgeous wedding to photograph!

Josh & Sepphora

This gorgeous pair were such a pleasure to photograph. It did not matter that it was wet n’ windy in Cowbridge, Josh and Sepphora were just happy in each others arms, MARRIED! … although huddling for warmth must have helped.

We were at the grand old Bear Hotel for the ceremony and reception. Just across the road was a hidden little gem called Physic Gardens. I was delighted to come across the salmon pink walls – I know that doesn’t sound great but wait ’til you see it!

Josh & Seph like a bit of the moody, gothic, renaissance vibes so I channeled my inner Caravaggio (just the arty side!) and embraced the shadows.

It was wonderful to kick off the season with such a loved up couple. It’s plain to see just how much they adore each other.

You guys are beautiful inside and out! Thank you for a beautiful wedding to photograph and I wish you all the happiness in your marriage together! X
